Step 2: Take the PCA Exam.
Please click 'Take Exam' to view our PCA Exam. On the PCA Exam Website, be sure to register as a student first before you take it, otherwise, your progress will not be saved!
Step 3: Watch the CHRO Sexual Harassment Training Video.
Click 'Watch Video' to watch the video on the CHRO Sexual Harassment Training. After watching the video, you must take and pass the exam. The exam can be found in the next step.
Step 4: Take the CHRO Sexual Harassment Training Exam.
After you have watched the video on the CHRO Sexual Harassment Training, you can now take the exam. Click 'Take Exam' to visit the CHRO Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Website to complete your exam. Be sure to save your Certificate of Completion to email it to us.
Step 5: Email your Sexual Harassment Training Certificate
After completing the CHRO Sexual Harassment Training Exam, you should have received your Certificate of Completion. You must email your certificate to ezappsonline@yahoo.com.
